Introduction
Affinity Labs offers testing options for table grape producers looking to understand key grape quality indicators and meet export requirements for different markets. Our virus testing services also help growers to maintain healthy and productive vines.
Our suite of testing and sensory services for the table grape industry includes basic testing for pH, acidity, sugar and colour, as well as sensory assessment for flavour profiling. We offer a complete residue screen for all approved agrochemicals as well as testing for residues of specific herbicides (such as glyphosate) and fungicides (such as phos acid).
We also provide DNA-based fingerprinting of vine material for varietal and clonal identification as well as the presence of viruses.
