Laboratory analysis
Affinity Labs is the primary supplier of analytical testing services for the grape and wine industry. Our NATA-accredited laboratories and state-of-the-art equipment deliver high-quality and cost-effective routine, export and specialist analyses. The comprehensive range of tests available includes vintage analysis panels, metal screens, trace analysis for flavour, taints and agrochemical residues and microbial analysis for Brettanomyces bruxellensis.
Plant testing
A range of tests on grapevine tissue are available to support grape producers in maintaining high-performing vineyards. Grapevine variety identification provides confidence in the selection of new planting material or confirmation of the status of established vines. Nutrient testing allows growers to quantify the nutrient status of vines and address any deficiencies. Virus testing and elimination help growers manage the risks of viral diseases.
