Sample courier and drop-off point services

Courier collection service – South Australia

Our courier regularly visits regions within South Australia to collect samples and return them to the Affinity Labs laboratory for testing.

How to use the courier service

1. Click on the Submit samples button in the top right corner of the screen (or hamburger menu on mobile).
2. Complete and submit the relevant form.
3. Print a copy of your email confirmation and pack it along with your samples.
4. Call or text the courier on 0428 955 401 to book in your collection.

Adelaide Hills – Tuesday and Friday

Courier collection and sample drop-off point – Murray-Darling

Affinity Labs has a sample processing site in Merbein with both sample drop-off and courier collection services. Samples are processed and dispatched to our Adelaide laboratory Monday to Thursday.

How to use the courier service

1. Click on the Submit samples button in the top right corner of the screen (or hamburger menu on mobile).
2. Complete and submit the relevant form.
3. Print a copy of your email confirmation and pack it along with your samples.
4. Print and complete biosecurity declarations. The web order form will provide declaration forms if they are required.
5. Call or text the courier on 0437 151 010 to book in your collection.

How to use the Merbein sample drop-off point

1. Click on the Submit samples button in the top right corner of the screen (or hamburger menu on mobile).
2. Complete and submit the relevant form.
3. Complete biosecurity declarations. The web order form will provide declaration forms if they are required.
4. Print a copy of your email confirmation and pack it along with your samples and biosecurity documents (if required).
5. Deliver your samples to the address below Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm:

Sample drop-off points

Affinity Labs works with partners to provide sample drop-off points in other regional locations. Samples delivered to these points are collated and sent to the Affinity Labs laboratory in Adelaide for testing. This service is provided at no cost to you.

How to use a sample drop-off point

1. Click on the Submit samples button in the top right corner of the screen (or hamburger menu on mobile).
2. Complete and submit the relevant form.
3. Complete biosecurity declarations. The web order form will provide declaration forms if they are required.
4. Print a copy of your email confirmation and pack it along with your samples and biosecurity documents (if required).
5. Deliver your samples to the relevant regional drop-off point listed below.

Drop samples on a Monday between 8am and 4.30pm, or between 8am and 10am Tuesday. Samples are collated and sent to Affinity Labs each Tuesday.
