What laboratory analysis do we offer?
Our services include export analysis, fault and taint diagnosis, allergen testing and microbiological analysis, plus a range of raw material testing in line with Codex requirements. We also provide high value, advanced analytical services for compounds present at extremely low (below sensory threshold) concentrations, including aroma, flavour and taint compounds, as well as agrochemical residues resulting from pest, weed or disease control treatments.
We also specialise in the analysis of trace and secondary metabolites in food and beverage products, including volatile compounds, biomarkers and chemical quality markers. Our laboratories have extensive experience in the testing of fruits, vegetables, grains and fodder crops for agrochemical residues, as well as identification and quantification of agricultural toxins.
